Homemade tomato sauce (with anchovies, basil & garlic), fried polenta croutons, Danish Blue cheese, poached eggs, hazelnuts, sauteed tomatoes with balsamic vinegar, wilted frisee & radicchio Poached eggs are a really good alternative to the baked egg on a pizza.
